Out of the five senses, I'd say the one that I value the most is sight, because I need to see where I going.

A time I had speak in front of an audience was when I presented my full name to the class. I didn't have any fears other than speaking to twenty people in the classroom. I handled it by relaxed, not being too rushy and trying the best I could to speak clearly and not mumble. Some advice I would give to someone when it's their first time is before they go up, take a deep breath, I 'll tell them you got this, and go break a leg.
